ACCEF School 10 (四川省平昌县泥龙乡“瑞旂小学”) is located in Waqiao, Pingchang county,
Sichuan Province in
China. There are 152 students.
This school building was identified as D class dangerous building by the local
government. In order to let the students have a safe and bright classroom, Li
Zhang and Qing Li decided to donate 50,000 RMB through ACCEF to help rebuild the school. The total rebuilding budget is about
146000 RMB. The rest of budget will be sponsored by the county government and local volunteers.
